An introduction section gives hints and tips, then the book is divided into print and nonprint, web sites, keypal/penpal sections. World resources web sites and indexes are given at the end.
Like any book with web addresses, you may find some changed or gone, but a trial on a sampling of sites was usually successful (i.e. most worked).
