The Storytime Sourcebook II: A Compendium of 3,500+ New Ideas and Resources for Storytellers ReviewI was looking for a book to help me think of new, interesting ideas for our library's Preschool Storytime and I purchased this one because of it's sheer volume (almost 500 pages!) The book is a good starting resource for planning Storytimes. It gives a list of videos and books for each theme, and then usually at least one music/movement activity, one or two craft ideas, one or two song suggestions, and one or two activity suggestions. There's good indexes organized by theme, book title and author, crafts, songs, and activities. Overall this is valuable in helping you get started with a storytime plan. It's not as in depth as some of the other books I have, but it does have over 3500 theme ideas so it was easy to find a starting point for almost all the ideas I had.
