FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHER'S GUIDE TO ACTIVE LEARNING ReviewI am a first year Spanish teacher in an alternative certification program and purchased this book looking for ideas. There is so much in this book that it was overwhelming. There are literally chapters and chapters full of things I have been able to use in my classroom, as well as some useful theoretical information that backs up the more practical suggestions. It doesn't get 5 stars because culture is relegated to a single short chapter and is largely reduced to heros and holidays. There is also not much information about modification for and accomodation of special needs.
